We ship via USPS Priority Mail, with tracking included on every order. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days.

Every order is packed with care, and you'll receive a confirmation email the moment your dress is on its way.

We want you to love what you chose. If something isn't quite right, you have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange it.

To qualify:

• The dress must be unworn, unaltered, with all original tags attached
• Final sale items and altered garments cannot be returned or exchanged

What counts as "altered"?

A dress is considered altered if any stitching, hemming, taking in, letting out, or structural changes have been made — whether by our in-house tailor or elsewhere. Steaming or gently pressing a dress at home does not count as alteration and won't affect your return eligibility, as long as tags remain attached and the dress is otherwise unworn.

Return shipping is on us — no cost to you.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we've received and inspected your return.
