Waist — Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waistline, just above your belly button.

Hips — Measure around the fullest part of your hips, about 8 inches below your waist.

Tip: Measure over your usual undergarments, and keep the tape snug but not tight — it should sit comfortably against your skin
